The Corporate Sales Executives (Representatives) actively manages the entire sales cycle including lead qualification, prospecting, targeting accounts as well as negotiating contracts and closing new business. Overall Responsibilities:


- Prospect the sales territories and contacts;

Job Description:

The Sales Development Representatives (SDR) will be responsible for making outbound calls to connect with people interested in learning more about WebEx. The SDR’s role is to initiate the sales process with new prospects for WebEx services and properly qualify or disqualify as needed.
Contacts will be made with business-to-business professionals such as Vice Presidents, CIO’s, CTO, CFO’s or Directors. SDR’s should have past experience selling to the majority of buyers with these titles.
The SDR is responsible for providing detailed documentation on the outbound calls in the Customer Relationship Management database (RCM).

Overall Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to connect with people interested in learning more about WebEx.
- Initiate the sales process with new prospects for WebEx services and properly qualify or disqualify potential customers.
- Schedule appointments/demonstrations per day for sales.
- Enter detailed qualifying documentation into the corporate customer relationship management database.
- Answer incoming 800 numbers and make a minimum of 55 outbound calls each day to qualify prospects.
- Work closely with aligned sales team to maximize revenue.

Position Requirements:

- 2-5 years in direct B2B inside sales experience in a sales support role.
- Experience in doing outstanding lead qualification and prospecting to buyers of decision makers (Director or above level) in all business functions.
- Strong business acumen: Professional and result driven.
- Strong company research skills utilizing the Internet and available sales tools.
- Proven track record of high energy while achieving measurable goals.
- B.S. or B.A. degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent
- Outstanding people skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Self motivated with a strong ability to support and motivate others.
- Demonstrated proficiency on a PC; MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines.

The Product Trainer for Cisco-WebEx delivers online and onsite customer training programs, classes, and technical training courses for internal and external customers. The product trainers at WebEx work on problems to assist customers, team members, and internal parties to resolve issues.

Major Responsibilities:

The Product Trainer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Deliver training for all product classes and programs as directed in English and Chinese
- Assist customers by teaching innovative methods for successful WebEx sessions
- Ability to work independently and with minimal direction
- Participate as a subject matter expert on projects as directed
- Deliver training to direct team as well as other teams within the Customer Success organization on the latest product/technical updates or on specific projects as directed

Position Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience with proven success in a training delivery role;
- Concise and accurate verbal communications as well as active listening skills were critical;
- Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Mac, Unix), experience with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project) and basic network skills (firewalls, proxy servers, trace routes, bandwidth, etc.) are preferred.
- Moderate experience with Instructional Design methodologies and should be able to develop a course with moderate direction.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required as well as advanced organization, time management, and analysis skills.
- Professional English is a must and fluency in additional languages is a plus.
