- BS CS/Math or equivalent is required. MS is preferred.
- 5 years of software development cycle experience in commercial industry companies. Extensive hands on experience in C, C++, and Web applications.
- Understanding security technologies including protocols such as SSL, algorithms such as AES, RSA, MD5, and SHA etc, and standards such as X.509, PKCS, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills, including trouble-shooting and debugging complex applications and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to articulate well technical concepts.
- Self-motivated, result-driven team player.
- Academic security and/or cryptography background is highly desirable.

Webex application security team is responsible to design, develop, and test the security components to support real-time collaboration applications for various services across multiple markets. As we grow our team, we need a highly talented security professional to join us to work on exciting cutting edge technology.
- Implement security requirements including writing functional specification, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment. Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Maintain existing security implementations and help QA to design testing cases and test security features.
- Identify security issues and come up with solutions for existing applications and services.
- Willing to learn new security technologies across multiple areas including networking, Web, application, and storage.
- Work closely with US team and other teams in China to ensure successful delivery of tasks. |
